Premature ejaculation refers to when a man orgasms very quickly after sexual intercourse. This also causes semen to come out. However, premature ejaculation can be easily corrected and there are various measures you can take. Here are the ways that you can last longer in bed.

1. Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This is crucial because you can use them to hold in your orgasm while keeping your erection. How this is done is by first going to the bathroom. After that, you need to lie on your back with knees bent and spread apart. You have to flex your pelvic muscle for 3 seconds and then hold the contraction for 3 seconds. You then have to relax for 3 seconds and then go again. Do 3-5 sets of these to begin with and then go to 10 sets of these repetitions if you can.

2. Hypnosis

3. Change Your Diet

Men breathe heavier when about to orgasm. Control your breathing by breathing slowly in bed. This will help you last longer.
