1. Salmon:
Salmon, mackerel, sardines are fishes which consist fair amounts of the much-needed omega-3 fatty acids. They play a major role in bringing that shine to your hair.
2. Greek Yogurt:
Vitamin B5 and proteins are present in large amounts in yogurt and both of them help in growing hair, especially in the scalp, by providing better blood circulation.
3. Spinach:
Vitamin A, C, carotene, folate and iron are some of the many nutrients present in spinach, which moisturize your hair and prevent breakage.
4. Guava:
A guava has almost four times the vitamin C than the required amount for your hair. This helps in preventing breakage of hair.
5. Cereal Fortified with Iron:
Soybean, beef, lentils and shellfish have plenty of iron. And a meal combining such foods practically fortify you against hair loss.
6. Chicken and Turkey:
Choose leaner poultry (chicken or turkey) which have lesser saturated fats than beef or pork and makes your hair thicker.
7. Sweet Potatoes:
Beta Carotine in sweet potatoes is converted by the body into Vitamin A, which prevents dry hair.
8. Cinnamon:
Cinnamon is beneficial as it improves blood circulation.
9. Eggs:
Eggs have biotin, which help in hair growth and strengthening brittle fingernails.
10. Oysters:
Oysters have zinc which help in giving fullness to your hair.
